1.                  From an Organisation Head’s point of view, what have been essential factors that have led to the growing numbers on the charts since the past few months?

ü  Maintaining a team of 40-50 guys in your office consistently
ü  Keep Recruiting and Training new people on a day to day basis
ü  Keeping interesting competitions to keep your guys motivated and outperform
ü  Increasing Sales averages of your guys
·         Setting up high goals for your guys
·         Increase expectations from them/motivate them to exceed their potentials
·         Training your guys effectively on Sales and their pitch

2.              We have seen an excellent streak of records every week- what have been the new              training modules or methods used in your Organisation over the past few         months            that have contributed to the scores?

          As an organisation we don’t follow any different training module as such, we just             focus on training our people effectively on the systems on a day to day basis both on          field and in office, these are the few key areas wherein we focus in our training.

ü  In Office

·         Pitch Training
·         Customized Pitch for occasions( Diwali Pitch, New Year’s Pitch, Human Rights day Pitch etc)
·         Training on 5 steps and 8 Steps
·         Training Guys on their Tone of Voice

ü  On field Training
·         Law of Averages
·         Alternate Pitching
·         Following Territory Planning Sheet

ü  Retraining Non-Performers/Non Performing trainers
ü  Cross Retrains between different teams( A new guy must get trained with 2-3 different trainers)







3.      What are the Marketing tools your guys have been using while promoting Sales?

4.      More people means more business- what are the plans of expansion and recruitments currently?
            Expansion Plans:
ü  Planning to expand into Jaipur in April with Mr. Nadeem Khan.
ü  Expanding in different  divisions with new Clients (with TATA SKY  in Entertainment and Health Springs in Health)

9.      How do you manage the risks in our business eg. bad weekly scores, low performing guys?
            Risks are there in every business; we try and give our best as an organisation and try          to maintain and enhance our performance every week.
            And for low performing guys;
ü  Try to find out the reason for low performance and amending it
ü  Listening to their pitch, and pointing out where they are faltering, where they can improve on
ü  Retraining them with the High rollers
ü  Sometimes asking them to re-do their trainer ship criteria’s again 


10.  What message do you want to give to the other managers in Appco,  who are on the verge of becoming Organisation Head?
           
Organisation Head is just a title, you have to be an effective leader in whatever you do.
